About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and SidGuru Labs (proprietor: Siddant Vardey), Ganesh Chowk, near Chandsi Davakhana, Vardey Family, Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh 480001, India, which operates Abhyas. By creating an account you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Abhyas is an independent exam-preparation app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) or any government body. Official notifications, syllabus, dates and results come only from MPPSC.

Who can use Abhyas

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. One account is for one person; do not share it.

Our content

  • Practice questions are written or generated by Abhyas. Questions marked as AI-drafted have not yet been reviewed by a subject expert and may contain mistakes. Report errors from the answer review.
  • Some questions are from official MPPSC previous papers. Each is labelled with the exam, year, paper and question number, and answers follow the official final answer key.
  • Marking schemes are shown before each test. Scores, ranks and analytics in Abhyas are for practice only and do not predict or guarantee any result in the real examination.

We work to keep content accurate but we do not guarantee it is complete, current or error-free.

Free tests, purchases and Premium

  • Some tests are free. Others need Premium or a one-time purchase of a series or test.
  • Payments are processed by Google Play under its terms. Prices are shown by Google Play before you pay, including any taxes.
  • Premium is a subscription that renews automatically each month or year until you cancel it in Google Play. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • A one-time purchase gives access for as long as Abhyas offers that series or test.
  • Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and applicable consumer law. If something you paid for does not work, contact support and we will help.
  • Deleting your account ends access to everything you bought. It does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel that in Google Play first.

Cohort (live) exams

  • A cohort exam runs at a fixed time for everyone registered. You may join late, but the end time is the same for all.
  • Results and leaderboards are published by our team after the exam. The leaderboard shows the top participants' full names (from their profile), ranks, scores and time taken to all signed-in users. By registering, you agree to this.
  • We may correct answer keys and re-publish results.
  • We may remove from a leaderboard, or disqualify, attempts that break these terms.

Rules of use

You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, share, sell or publish questions, answers or other content from Abhyas;
  • use automated tools, multiple accounts or other people's help to gain an unfair advantage in exams or leaderboards;
  • try to break, overload or get around the security of the app or our servers;
  • use a name or send messages that are abusive, misleading or impersonate someone else.

Ownership

The Abhyas app, design and our own questions belong to SidGuru Labs (proprietor: Siddant Vardey). Official MPPSC questions remain the property of their owners and are used for education with attribution. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use Abhyas for your own preparation.

Suspension and closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, after telling you why where the law requires it.

Liability

Abhyas is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for any outcome in the real examination. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Law, disputes and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction, subject to your rights as a consumer to approach a consumer commission.

We may update these terms. We will tell you in the app and ask you to accept the new version; if you do not accept, you can delete your account.
